NoLeafs Micro Mesh Rain Gutter Guards

NoLeafs sections are 4 feet long and 6.5" wide. The NoLeafs Gutter Protection System consists of three main components: a front powder coated metal strip drip edge; a stainless steel 30 mesh screen; and an aluminum screen underneath.

This type of gutter guard can be installed on various gutter types such as Ogee, half round, fascia, curved, box and many types of roofs such as asphalt shingle, wood shake, flat tile, Spanish tile and stone coated steel. NoLeafs is uniquely designed so that it simply slips under the roof shingles and rests on top of the roof-deck/water-barrier (tar paper) to clamp the gutter guard in place and stabilize its structure. The metal front is attached to the front top of the gutter via three self-tapping screws for each four foot section. The coating on the metal provides galvanic isolation to protect the rain gutter from corrosion. NoLeafs should be installed at the same pitch as the roof (up to a 6/12 pitch) to get the best performance of debris shedding off.

NoLeafs is approximately 6.5" wide and should fit any rain gutter. We recommend to get the sample first to make sure it fits properly.

NoLeafs Construction

NoLeafs is made out of surgical grade stainless steel mesh with 24 holes per inch. The holes are very small and will keep pine needles our o the rain gutter. Under the stainless steel mesh is an aluminum mesh with much larger holes to provide strength for spanning across the rain gutter. The back edge is folded which makes a smooth edge that is relatively easy to tuck under a roof shingle without causing the shingle to deflect up. The front edge is heavy gauge galvanized steel that is crimped onto the mesh and rests on the top of the gutter. Three screws per four foot section are provided for attachment. There is no stop on the front metal edge, simple align with the front of the rain gutter or hold it back a little and attach.

NoLeafs Under-Side

The front edge has a crimped fold that holds the micro mesh firmly in place. The crimp is at an angle and directs the water into the rain gutter.
